Meet Our Founder
Ts. Diana Maling, a Sarawakian bumiputera, is the founder of Syarikat Tajau Berseri. She is TOGAF certified and HRD accredited, holding degrees in Actuarial Science, Statistics, and an MBA. With more than two decades of experience in data analytics—particularly in finance and IT & ESG consulting whereas she has collaborated with top-tier firms such as Rating Agency Malaysia (RAM), Shell, Astro, Bosch, Dyson, and Sains. Throughout her career, she has spearheaded SAP FICO implementations and acted as a finance business partner, cost controller, and consultant. Diana’s expertise spans strategic planning, business analysis, credit risk assessment, and benefit realization.
Together with her professional achievements, Ts. Diana Maling also contributes actively to industry and community development. She serves as Exco Women in Tech Malaysia, is a member of the ESG Malaysia Association, collaborates with WESNA Associates, and is an Industry Link Partner for Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak.
She has also leveraged her expertise in various projects, delivering consultancy from initial blueprints and proposals to user requirements, UAT, and implementation for both private and public sector clients. Her key strengths include data analytics, AI, ESG reporting, financial reporting, budgeting (like a 5-year business plan), and performance dashboards.
In addition to her role as trainer to MNC organisations, she has trained GLC organisations such as SEB, Switch, Sains, TVS, TMIP, TalentCorp, SDEC, Biji Biji, municipal councils and NGOs, bringing her expertise and enthusiasm to every engagement as a moderator and trainer.
